Delivery and returns
Delivery prices, timings, access requirements, stock and product suitability are confirmed before an order is finalised. Inspect goods when they arrive and contact the yard promptly if anything is missing or damaged.
Because cut, machined or made-to-order products are prepared specifically for you, they may not be returnable unless faulty. Contact Wintech Timber before returning any item.
