If your item was bought online, over the phone, in person or by mail, as a customer you have consumer returns rights under the legislation covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/contents/made
The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify Wintech Timber Ltd that you’d like to cancel your order to return the goods to us.
If you cancel your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost and provide proof of return, or we can arrange collection which would be chargeable at an agreed rate.
Returns Policy
Goods can be returned for a refund provided they meet the above guidelines, with a valid receipt, in pristine condition and their original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of 15% on all returns.
A delivery/collection charge may be applicable and that would be agreed at the time of the return being requested.
You must notify us in writing before returning the goods. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of goods returned to us by courier or our own transport without prior notification.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
